Create an account¶
This page explains how to create a MatStream account, confirm your email address, and sign in for the first time.
Register¶
Navigate to app.matstream.com and click Create an account.
Enter your email address and choose a password, then click Register.
Invited by an administrator?
If a workspace administrator has added you to their workspace, you will receive an invitation email with a registration link. Click the link in that email — your email address will be pre-filled on the registration page.
Confirm your email¶
After registering, MatStream sends a confirmation email from noreply@matstream.com with the subject Confirm your registration.
Open the email and click Confirm registration. Your account is activated immediately and you are redirected to the sign-in screen.
Tip
If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. If it is not there either, go to the sign-in screen, enter your email address, and click Resend Confirmation Email.
Sign in¶
On the sign-in screen, enter your email address and click Next. Then enter your password and click Sign in.
MatStream checks your workspace access and redirects you automatically. See Accessing a workspace for details on what happens after sign-in.
Forgot your password?¶
On the sign-in screen, click Forgot password? after entering your email address. MatStream sends a password reset link to your email address. The link is valid for one hour.
